VidyaKshetra is an education centered community focusing on HOLISTIC EDUCATION and SUSTAINABLE LIVING, that intend to create pathways leading to social transformation. Our guiding principles:

1. Pancha koshatmika vikas leading to holistic development
3. Purpose driven life
4. Holistic integrity - Integrity with oneself, family, society, nation, world, nature, as well as spiritual integrity
5. Learning - a continuous process
6. Samskrit and Samskriti - integrated with culture and traditions

Our syllabus of growth has four aspects:

1. Panchakoshatmika vikas
Learning in Vidyakshetra will be built on the structure of 5 folded development of the child - Annamaya kosha, Pranamaya kosha, Manomaya kosha, Vignanamaya kosha and Anandamaya kosha.

2. Curriculum
A design that addresses the child's thinking, willing and feeling realms and strengthens his koshas. We have a fine blend of learning drawn from the past and from contemporary subjects to help a child blossom into a fully rounded personality.

3. Character building
We will draw from time tested stories and lessons in Ramayana, Mahabharata, Bhagavat Purana, Panchatantra etc, in an age appropriate manner and weave it finely into our curriculum throughout the child’s formal education years. We will strive to develop the intellect of a child such that he is able to distinguish between the ‘correct’ & the ‘convenient’ and develops courage to choose the ‘correct’ over the ‘convenient’.

4. Pedagogy
Life Integrated Learning - Education that is disconnected from life disconnects from life. Our attempt is to connect education back to life. Willing, Feeling and Thinking - We plan to achieve depth of knowledge and holistic development of the child by engaging all these three dimensions in an age-appropriate way. Near to Far approach - A tree that has developed deep roots can withstand strong winds.We want all our children to develop strong roots by enriching the curriculum with local culture, helping them be close to mother earth, expose them to rich Indian heritage, enabling to see themselves in the context of the world. Our vision for Vidyakshetra:

2. Create socially sustainable models with the help of parents, academia, scholars and society

Sri Krishna Janmashtami celebrations at Vidyakshetra Gurukulam - 2026

Sri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated at our Vidyakshetra Gurukula.

Lord krishna birthday celebration began with sacred Gomata Pooja, beautiful tiny Krishna footprints, and Abhishekam to Lord Krishna. Lord Krishna birthday was followed by soulful Krishna bhajans, flute, tabla, children's skits, and devotional performances.
Every moment reflected love and devotion.

The Janmashtami festival celebration became even more special with a joyful Dahi Handi, where children of different classes, Acharyas, and parents participated together. It was not just a festival—it was a family celebration filled with devotion, culture, tradition, and togetherness.

A blessed and memorable day at Vidyakshetra Gurukulam as Pujyashri Adrishya Kadsiddheshwar Swamiji of Kaneri Mutt visited our campus.
Swamiji was warmly welcomed and taken on a tour of Vidyakshetra Gurukulam. He interacted with our founders and Acharyas and witnessed the work that is going on at Vidyakshetra Gurukulam
The highlight of the visit was Swamiji’s heartfelt address to the Vidyakshetra community, where He appreciated and encouraged the efforts being made to revive the traditional Gurukula system of education and build a meaningful model for the future.

His words, blessings and encouragement will remain a cherished memory for everyone at Vidyakshetra.
