What a ride!

From October 2018, I have been off the "gird" with multiple interesting assignments. Some breather for a week, and then more on the way!

Here’s a snap shot of what's happened so far:

1.) Assessment Centers: 6 Assignments, 200+ Participants, 60+ in the Senior Leadership band

2.) 360 Feedback Reading: 57 Leaders.

3.) Design Thinking Workshops: 2 interesting workshops with follow ups

4.) Leadership Development Programs: 5 programs, 2 long duration interventions, 2 blended learning with Coaching

5.) APEx (Accelerating Potential and Performance Excellence): 2 started off, 2 more in the pipeline.

6.) Coaching Assignments: 16 new Coachees added to the assignment list. Crossed 650 hours of coaching

7.) Exploring Careers: A series of discussions to identify Individual Aspirations, Available Opportunities, Capitalising on Strengths and Performing to Potential.
