At 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗶𝟭𝟬𝟬𝘅 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗵𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵, academic and policy leaders gathered in Visakhapatnam for conversations on the future of higher education. One of those conversations focused on 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵.

The discussion highlighted how institutions can create greater value by putting decision-making closer to academic leadership, giving faculty pathways aligned to their strengths, developing future leaders early, and building professional teams with the skills and ownership to contribute strategically.
