A warm welcome to all the Rasikas to the Naadarpana happening on December 14th, Sunday Evening at Shukra Auditorium , Malleshwaram.
Naadarpana features a Carnatic Veena Concert by an young talented artist Mahathi Karthik Shastri disciple of Renowned Veena Exponent Vid. Geetha Ramanand Madam and Vocal Concert by Neelabh Dongre disciple of Vid. Lakshmi Varun .
They are accompanied by promising young artists of Karnataka Vid. Sumukh Chandra , Vid. Nesara Bhargav and Chi. Arnav VG on Violin, Mridangam and Khanjira.

It isn't an exaggeration to say that all of us have grown up listening MS Amma's soulful renditions.
In fact most homes even today wake up to Suprabhatam, Nama Ramayana, Hanuman Chalisa and more.
Maithreem Bhajata is a humble attempt by students of Vid. Lakshmi Varun to encapsulate the bhava called "MS Amma"
On Nov 2nd students took to stage ably supported by Vid. Amruthavarshini on violin, Vid. Raghu SImha on Flute, Vid. Sai Vamshi on Mridangam and Vid. Sumadhur Anoor on Rhythm pads and brought out a nostalgic moment in everyone present at Seva Sadan auditorium that evening.
Vindhya Adiga enlightened us giving the insight into MS Amma's works and her life capturing the audience attention.
A huge thanks to chief guests Smt Meenakshi Byre Gowda and Smt Dr. Anuradha Vikrant for gracing the occasion with their presence and encouraging all the students.
A special thanks to Smt. Manjula Chellur, Ex Chief Justice Kerala and Kolkata High Court for being with us.
A huge round of applause to all the students for their participation and a heartfelt thanks to their parents for encouraging them.
Thank you to all the artists, rasikas and kala poshakas for making it to the event and blessing the kids.

Here is an humble effort by students of Vid. Lakshmi Varun to offer a tribute to Bharat Ratna M S Subbulakshmi, affectionately called M S Amma.
On Nov 2nd from 4.00PM at Seva Sadan, do join us in exploring the world of music through renditions immortalised by M S Amma.
In this age of divide, we humbly present "Maithreem Bhajata" where we are trying to bridge the divide and create a harmonious society through music where no language/caste/creed barrier exists.
We are grateful to have Dr Anuradha Vikranth and Smt. Meena Seshadri preside over as Chief Guests for the event.

Some glimpses from the 11th Annual Music Festival of Saamagaana Sangeetha Sabha held on Sep 28th Sevasadan Malleshwaram.
The Sabha thanks Advaitha Vachaspathi Mahamahopadyaya Dr K G Subraya Sharma & Karnataka Kalashree Vidwan Madhur P Balasubramnaiam for accepting our felicitation for this years Guru Vandana program.
The program commenced with a Veda Ghosha in the memory of Advaitha Vedanta Tattvagna BS Venkatakrishna Sharma followed by Saraswathi Sthuti from students of Vid. Lakshmi Varun.
This year's Gudibande Ramachar memorail concert was by Vid. Madhur Balasubramaniam on vocal, supported by Vid. Venkatesh Josyer on Violin, Vid. BR Srinivas on Mridangam and Vid. Shamit Gowda on Ghatam.
The sabha whole heartedly thank R V Raghavendra and Vid. Anantha Krishna Sharma who presided over the event as chief guests.
We are also thankful to Dr. Shesha Prasad for being a wonderful emcee for the event.

Saamagaana Sangeetha Sabha invites you all to a Children's Day Special Event happening on Nov 10th from 5.00PM onwards at ClubHouse, SSVR FairyBells, NTI Layout, RajivGandhi Nagar, Bangalore.
This is a very special event which will see a Harikatha by K*m. Nidhi Bhat supported by K*m. Manasvini on Violin, a Karnatic Violin Recital by Kushal B R and a Karnatic Vocal Duet by K*m. Pranitha Manoor and K*m. Swathi Raviprakash.
They will be supported by Chi. Pranay S Balakrishna and Chi. Likith K M on the percussion.
