Wadhwani Foundation – Employability Skills Training
A comprehensive 3-day training session (April 3–5) was conducted by the Wadhwani Foundation, facilitated by Ms. Swathi Puthran (Sr. Manager – Capacity Building & Human Services) and Mr. Vinay K C (Program Manager).

The program focused on:
🔹 Innovative, activity-based teaching methodologies
🔹 Student engagement strategies
🔹 Classroom management techniques
🔹 Core employability skills – communication, teamwork & problem-solving

Participants also led demonstration sessions, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights into Wadhwani’s impactful training approach.

Empowering youth, transforming futures! ✨ Don Bosco Tech, in collaboration with Accenture India and Marriott International, launches a hospitality training program to skill 2,475 underprivileged youth across 11 states. This initiative opens doors to sustainable careers in the hospitality sector, ensuring brighter futures for aspiring young professionals.
