Chandra Sekaran B of PGPEM 2019 was selected for the 3rd International Innovation summit held at Singapore on Dec 4th, 2019. The summit addresses the major disruptive forces in the coming decade and how business can win by leading innovation and creating disruption to shape their future in the next decade. The summit focuses on engaging speeches by renowned thought leaders on the lines of emergence of Block-chain, AI Intelligence, Smart cities and future workforce to inline current organization with the disruptions occurring across industries.

Two-year Weekend MBA - PGPEM (2020-22) PGPEM is a Two - Year weekend MBA programme, designed for working mid-level and senior executives with minimum of four years of work experience after graduation. The PGPEM is scheduled on weekends over two-years, so that working professionals could attend, without taking a break in their careers. The purpose of the programme is to complement the excellent functional knowledge of participants with contemporary management knowledge and prepare them for senior / top management roles in a global

Meet Dr. Saravanakumar Dhakshinamoorthy (SK) , a scientist by training, and has worked at leading drug organizations across geographies & cultures, in positions of varied responsibilities. He has led interdisciplinary drug discovery teams and provided leadership for discovery programs spanning multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, inflammation, metabolic disorders & anti-infectives.

SK has also authored several high impact scientific publications and also is a member of the Senior Management team and his core responsibilities include innovation, operations, and customer relationship. Currently, SK oversees the integrated drug discovery portfolio and site operations at Jubilant Biosys Ltd., India.

SK considers PGPEM as a structured platform where learning from seasoned mentors from diverse industries will help bridge the gap in his management skills and enhance his knowledge. He likes to share his experiences of persevering in an industry that is high on investment with very limited probability of success, and a longer lead time for ROI with his cohorts.
