This is not a photo shop, but a photograph of a Qantas Boeing 747-300 with a little extra cargo — a 5th engine.
When a Qantas airplane needs a replacement engine or to have one worked on, sometimes they will attached the 5th engine onto a Boeing 747 and fly it without power to its destination.
This ends up being more cost effective for the airline. The 5th engine will limit the 747’s performance (not that it is known for its sporty maneuvering already), but it provides no additional safety risk.

What is 'Dark Cockpit Concept?'
Simply this is a cockpit designed to normally fly without lit switches and warnings. So its a "Push the Button to Fix the it"
In layman's terms if something goes wrong with a system a light comes on and you push the button/light to fix the problem (making the cockpit dark again). Airbus pioneered the concept
The concept has now caught on at Boeing. The 777 (and MD11) work in this fashion. In fact many time the cockpit will remain "dark" as the aircraft will recognize a fault, fix it, and only tell the pilots at the end of the flight when the fault list is checked for maintenance.
