Results of Hues & Shades Art Contest 2018 - The results of the Hues & Shades Art Contest 2018 have just been announced. This is an annual contest held for the students of the art class. This contest gives the students an opportunity to unleash their creativity. The topics for the contest are chosen carefully to encourage children to apply their imagination.

Hues & Shades Art Contest Dec 2017 Results - Congratulations to the winners! The topic for the group Class 5 and below was "No Animal World" and for the group Class 6 and above was "My Virtual Avatar". A few days ago I had given a surprise challenge to my students in the art class to draw an under water scene that contains at least one interesting thing. Here are a few of the drawings...

Some of my students sent me images of their art work that they made during the on-going summer vacations.

Khusi is one of my students from the regular art class for children. She sent me a few photos of her art works in soft pastel, charcoal and poster colour.

This is a submission from Garima for one of the assignments for the Coloured Pencil Course that required her to draw a pair of birds. She drew a pair of cute ducklings!

A few days ago I gave a challenge to my art class to draw a landscape from imagination with a winding path in it. Here are three drawings made by my students.
