Bombay (bachelor’s degree), LL.B, post graduate in ‘cyber law’ from “NALSAR”, (Hyderabad), Diploma in Business Management from “Indian Merchant Chambers”, Bombay, and MBA in personnel from “NIPM”. Certificate course in Medical Transcription and Proof Reading. Dr Rishi holds the IT credentials of computer application and computer hardware assembly and maintenance from NIOS. & NIIT. He also holds extra curricular accolades of being elected as ‘convener of sports and allied activities’ in student council elections, captain of university hockey team, captain of college badminton team, NCC ‘B’ certificate and one year NSS participant, successfully undergone Neuro-Linguastic conditioning and self hypnoses programmes. Dr Rishi’s first job with German Pharmaceutical MNC known as ‘Hoechst Pharmaceutical pvt ltd’ immediately after his bachelor’s degree gave him opportunity to gain experience in the field of sales and administration and he won ‘consistent performance achievement award’ and subsequently held the post of ‘Area Manager Sales’. Dr Rishi demonstrated abilities to motivate and mentor the team, he can successfully and effectively train people in personal development, team building, effectiveness, effective workplace relationship training and persuasion skills etc. He has highly analytical and creative abilities with excellent skills in organization development and talent building. Dr Rishi has been training successfully internationally recognized English language certificates training programmes. Which include -IELTS-, three young learners English tests for school children e.g.; Starters, movers, and flayers, five main suite English examinations for middle school, high school and college students e.g.; KET (key English test),PET (preliminary test), FCE (first certificate in English), CAE (certificate in advance English), CPE (certificate in proficiency in English) and Three Cambridge Business English certificates.
