Alumnus Siddhaarth Mahan, of the batch 2009-10, currently working at The Quint, reported on the cricket fever that had gripped the USA. He noted that fans in New York were willing to spend $10,000 to see their favourite sporting heroes in action during the sport's greatest rivalry – India vs Pakistan.

In today’s highlight of the best capstone projects by our recent graduates, we feature Roopal Choubey, who secured a job with NDTV Profit and was awarded the Roll of Honour for Excellence in Television News Reporting.
Choubey's project sheds light on the respiratory issues plaguing the villagers of Gangavathi, the Rice Bowl of Karnataka, caused by the husk and fumes from the region's rice mills.
