As part of the Campus Planning Case Study for Architectural Design VI studio, our students visited the Wadiyar Centre for Architecture, Mysuru, an inspiring campus that blends tradition with modern design sensibilities. This immersive site visit gave students firsthand insight into how thoughtful planning, spatial organization, and connection with nature create a vibrant learning environment.
A day of exploration, sketching, and learning, the visit highlighted the role of architecture in shaping academic journeys and fostering creativity.

As part of the Architectural Design VI studio, our students visited the iconic IIM Bangalore campus, a masterpiece designed by architect B.V. Doshi. This immersive case study gave students an opportunity to analyze and experience campus planning at its finest, from spatial organization and movement patterns to the seamless blend of built and natural environments.
A day of learning, sketching, walking the corridors of thought, and understanding how architecture shapes academic experiences.

Udyatham 3: Inter-Architecture College Sports and Cultural Fest a Big Hit.
The Gopalan School of Architecture and Planning, Hoodi, played host to Udyatham 3, an inter-architecture college sports and cultural extravaganza . The event saw enthusiastic participation from over 800 students representing 18 architecture colleges across Karnataka.
The week-long fest featured a wide range of sports competitions including cricket, football, badminton, swimming, athletics, and chess. Alongside sports, the event also celebrated cultural talent with vibrant performances in dance, singing, and a fashion show.
The event was inaugurated by Mr.Rajshekar Shanbal, former Karnataka Ranji Trophy cricketer, who lit the ceremonial torch. Speaking on the occasion, he lauded the initiative and highlighted the importance of sports in promoting physical fitness and mental well-being among students. He appreciated the school’s effort in encouraging architecture students to pursue extracurricular interests beyond academics.
