Working Towards Excellence
As we begin AY 2026β27, Kunskapsskolan Bengaluru welcomed Ms. Rupa Chauhan, Director of Academic Operations, and Ms. Ramneek Batra, Head of Academics & Pedagogy, Kunskapsskolan India, for a school quality review visit.
The visit included classroom observations, interactions with new teachers, and reviews of the KED Program implementation to ensure consistency and excellence in teaching and learning across the Kunskapsskolan network.
A key strength of Kunskapsskolan is its network of schools, where best practices are regularly shared and school visits help ensure a consistent student experience. This also enables seamless student movement between campuses, supported by a common KED framework, centralized learning platforms, and curriculum continuity.
The visit also included an interaction with parents interested in the proposed International Pathway from AY 2027β28, providing an opportunity to share the vision and gather valuable parent perspectives.
One learning journey. Multiple campuses. Shared excellence.

AI can analyse data. Can it understand who you are?
In a masterclass led by Dr. Tana Trivedi, Associate Professor, Ahmedabad University, students reflected on identity, AI, and the qualities that technology cannot replicate - character, values, resilience, and purpose.
Because preparing for the future means understanding both technology and ourselves.

Grade 8 Kick-Off Session: Force & Power To launch the Grade 8 theme "Force and Power," students participated in a thought-provoking discussion based on the ongoing geopolitical conflict involving Israel, Iran, and the United States.
Without revealing the theme beforehand, students were encouraged to critically examine the situation by reflecting on three key questions: What could be the reasons behind the conflict? What solutions could help resolve it? Why would those solutions be effective? The activity provided a platform for students to analyze real-world events, consider diverse perspectives, and articulate their ideas with evidence and reasoning. Through collaborative discussions, students explored how nations exercise influence, authority, and control, while also recognizing the importance of diplomacy, dialogue, and responsible decision-making. As the conversation unfolded, students naturally arrived at concepts related to force and power, successfully uncovering the theme through inquiry and reflection.
The session fostered critical thinking, global awareness, and empathy, setting a strong foundation for the unit while demonstrating how classroom learning can be meaningfully connected to contemporary world affairs.

The school corridors came alive this week with the sweet sound of laughter as we welcomed our youngest learners to the Nursery class. The first day of school was all about comfort, connection and creating a home away from home.
To help our little ones settle in and bond, our classroom turned into a vibrant hub of creative play. The highlight of the morning was a messy, marvelous clay modeling session. Squishing, rolling and shaping the clay allowed children to break the ice without needing many words.
Beyond the clay play, the day was also packed with sunshine time, giggles and fun activities in the classroom. We are so proud of how beautifully our little explorers took their first steps into school life!
