My Wish is to Become My Parents' Smartphone

Dear Mom and Dad,

I have a wish. It's not a toy, not a trip, not even chocolate.
I wish to become your smartphone.

I see how much you love your phone. You hold it close, you never forget it, and even when you're tired, you still look at it.
When it rings, you answer it right away.
When it needs charging, you rush to take care of it.
When it makes a sound, you stop everything to check it.

But when I call you, sometimes you're too busy.
When I want to talk, you say, “Just a minute.”
When I ask for a hug, you're scrolling or typing.

I don’t want to complain. I just want to be noticed, just like your phone.
I want to be the one you smile at the most.
The one you give your full attention to.
The one you check in on all the time.

I wish I could light up and you would come running.
I wish my stories were as interesting as messages on your screen.
I wish my little voice could pull you away from your work, just for a while.

I love you, Mom and Dad.
And I know you love me too.
Maybe, just maybe, we can spend more time with each other – no screens, just hearts.

Because even though I can never be a smartphone,
I will always be your little one,
Waiting to be your favorite notification.

After I saw people those who are driving while speaking through phone 🤳
I FELT AS GOVERNMENT SHOULD BRING NEW LAW AS
THOSE WHO LOSE IN ACCIDENTS OPOSITE PEOPLE WHO ARE IN THAT CALL SHOULD BE PUNISHABLE AND BE RESPONSIBILE FURTHER.
1. LIFE LOSE.. ( THOSE WHO ARE SPEAKING THROUGH PHONE SHOULD BE RESPONSIBILE FOR THOSE WHO DEPENDING ON EXPIRED PERSON).
2. Other lose ( 50% should be on those who are in other side of that call)
