Touch Internationale Montessori House of Children

We served the Bangalore East community for 28 years. We have now moved and begin a new chapter in South Goa, closing one door and opening another window. Touch Internationale is grateful to everyone for their trust and support through the years. Thank you.

It's been a while since Touch had to close its doors during a very difficult period for the family. We lost Dad in October 2024 and it seemed much like everything else was lost too. Except that grief sometimes prods us closer to God who shifts everything moving us towards hope and a new purpose.

With that spirit, the founder of Touch Internationale Mrs Sipra Narayanan, along with her daughter Indrakshi now begin a new chapter, Heartwood Montessori Children's House, Goa opening soon in South Goa.

Like the heartwood of a tree that gives strength and resilience from within, we aim to nurture each child’s inner strength, supporting lifelong love of learning, growth and self-discovery.

We’re deeply grateful for the 28 years of trust we received from the families and children in Touch Internationale. As we begin anew, we invite you to walk with us — visit, like, and share to support this new chapter.

Touch Internationale Montessori House of Children A Montessori school in HBR layout Bangalore that served the community for 28 years between 1992-2021. We begin our new project in 2026.

Children in our Montessori environments are allowed to move freely and choose their own activity for this very reason. When a child chooses an activity from interest, which engages both the mind and the body, that interest leads the child to deep concentration. It is from concentration that they learn to persevere and to become self-disciplined. So, it is from the use of the body and the mind together that the child undergoes the process of becoming.

"Each year the International Day of Peace is observed around the world on the 21st of September. The UN General Assembly has declared this as a day devoted to strengthening the ideals of peace, through observing 24 hours of non-violence and cease-fire.

But achieving true peace entails much more than laying down arms. It requires the building of societies where all members feel that they can flourish. It involves creating a world in which people are treated equally, regardless of their race."

We virtually visited Dampa tiger reserve, Mizoram through stories and videos, children participated dressed as animals and spoke a few lines on respective animals too.
