We conduct storytelling sessions and customized learning activities for children

08/05/2025

Excited to announce our next workshop in May!

Join us on a fun-filled and educational 5-day online workshop on Space titled—Space Voyagers, Read, Imagine, Discover.

In this interactive workshop, children aged 8–14 will explore the fascinating world of space, astronomers, and astronauts through handpicked picture books, engaging stories, and hands-on activities. From stargazing legends and rocket science to astronaut tales and galaxy games, each session is designed to spark curiosity, inspire questions, and foster a love for the cosmos—one story at a time.

One of the workshop highlights will be the creation of their own Space Adventure Board Game, encouraging imagination, collaboration, and strategic thinking.

This is a great opportunity for young minds to learn about astronauts, space missions, planets, and stars—all through books, storytelling, and creativity. We’re excited to journey through the cosmos together!

Epics, or Maha Puranas as it is known in Sanskrit though written years and years ago still find relevance in our lives today. The epics are not just epics telling the tale of heroic men and women, some of whom were divine but are a whole literature in itself, containing a code of life, a philosophy of social and ethical relations besides forming chronicles of our history and past culture.

Learning through the epics is an initiative to understand the beauty of these epics and apply it in our daily lives.
After the successful completion of our first workshop in the series, "Mahabharatha for Children; Pandavas & Life Skills", we now bring to you yet another ten-day workshop on Daśāvatāra.

According to Hindu Mythology, whenever the world was threatened by a great calamity, or by the wickedness of its inhabitants, Vishnu, as Preserver, comes to earth in some form, restores the balance and when the work gets done returns back. Thus, Vishnu is said to have taken many avatars or incarnations at various points of time. The ten most popular avatars are called the Daśāvatāra.

An avatar refers to the appearance or manifestation of God in an earthly form.

While we are mostly familiar with few of the popular avatars, this 10-day workshop is an initiative to understand all the incarnations as the stories and follow up activities lend to discussion on connections between the avatars, their significance and relevance to the present, theories of evolution besides providing nuggets of wisdom.

This workshop replete with stories, activities and trivia is targeted at children above the age of 7 years and will be conducted online.

The list of materials to be kept ready along with the print outs of templates to be taken will be shared on registration by the first week of April.

Dates:
17/4/2023 to 28/04/2023
Monday- Friday [All days except Saturdays & Sunday]

Time:
1100AM to 0100PM

Charges: Rs.3000/- Per Head
