Memorandum - Request for the trial of those involved in the brutal death of Captain Saurabh Kalia
A memorandum was sent to External Affairs Ministry, UN - Human Right Council and International Court of Justice wherein ICJ has responded back saying that they will reply about the issue shortly.


The purpose of this memorandum is to consider the case of gross violation of the Geneva Conventions (Article 13-16) by the Pakistani officials responsible for the brutal torture and subsequent killing of Captain Saurabh Kalia and his fellow soldiers during the Kargil War.
