My first post after a long hibernation.

Lata Mangeshkar chowk: Giant 40-foot veena installed in Ayodhya as tribute to legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar chowk: The 40-ft-long veena is 12-metre-high and weighs 14 tonnes, and is possibly the first of its kind installed across the country.

This news came as a pleasant surprise to me. A Circle has been named after Lata Mangeshkar and a giant 14 ton 40 ft statue of the Saraswati Veena has been installed therein to commemorate the legendary singer who has sung most songs on Lord Rama.
