Sometimes, the best things happen when you least expect it. Last week, our client Metlife Global Operations Support Center invited us to attend an event, which we did. Little did we know what they had in store for us. I am happy to say that Metlife gave my company OnTrac, an award for Best Service Delivery in training for 2017. Needless to say that we are super thrilled at this recognition, and have promised ourselves to work even harder in making our clients successful. What a great Diwali gift!

We conducted a terrific session of the Star Certification Program for team leaders, at our BPO client's location in Manila. We even had a remote participant attending via video conference from Cebu. This included the immersive OpSync simulation on operations management.

Hi Folks, we are looking to hire trainers at OnTrac. Specifically, we are looking for people with Operations experience in the BPO/BPM industry with about 8 to 14 years of work experience. The candidate should have been at an Asst Manager or Manager level in her/his previous organization. The candidate should have reasonable quantitative abilities i.e. should not fear numbers. Congratulations to our client Concentrix for winning two national awards for best in class learning. We at OnTrac, are glad to have been a part of the journey.

Our terrific new simulation program has taken off. This program helps operations managers better connect their operations decisions, to financial outcomes of their processes. They learn to manage a process in a financially prudent manner through a two day game. We've named the program "True North". Why? Because you can never the earth's true north just by navigating with a compass. Similarly, managing operations just through operational metrics is not enough. We also need to look at financial metrics, especially at the managerial levels. So far, participants have been saying this is the best program they have ever attended.
