Rabindranath Tagore Jayanti marks the birth anniversary of the visionary poet, philosopher, and Nobel laureate. Celebrated globally, this day honors Tagore's profound contributions to literature, music, and education, inspiring generations with his timeless wisdom and cultural impact.
The students of Grade 2 enthusiastic batch visited the Agni Aero Sports Adventure Academy at the Jakkur Aerodrome to get a better understanding of their unit on air. Students were thrilled to see the aircrafts on display. Mr. Pranav, the onsite engineer gave them an insight into how the academy came into being, spoke to the children in detail about how these aircrafts are built, took them around the stores of spare parts and light and heavy tools they use. The highlight for them was exploring the cockpit and learning the knows and hows of an airplane, and its movements. A lovely interactive and experiential learning experience was how we wrapped up our unit on how the world works.
Celebrating Transformation: A Journey Through CAS
"The CAS program continues to be a cornerstone of the IBDP experience at our school, fostering well-rounded individuals with a passion for social responsibility and a commitment to making a difference" Showcasing Community Action and Impact:
Samson, a Grade 12 student, shared our collectives experiences in Community Action and Service (CAS). He highlighted the donations made to both our local community and communities beyond. This year, through the "Triothon - Making a Difference in Each Step" event, students raised a significant sum and about ₹20,000 was donated to Keshava Seva Samithi. This donation aligns with our school's house vision and supports both health and women's empowerment initiatives. Additionally, Ms Vineetha, our grade 12 parent, donated eco-friendly products to our dedicated support staff. Add a picture of Samson - grade 12 student talking, Add visuals of the cheque donation and Ms Vinetha donating the gifts to our support staff

With a sense of purpose and enthusiasm, the young students of EY1B came together for an assembly centred around a simple yet profound message: "Don't Waste Food." It was an integration to one of the UNSDG ‘Zero Hunger’.
The students were dressed in white and blue highlighting the importance of cherishing and preserving our precious food. Through various scenarios the students encouraged the audience to reflect on their own eating habits and the impact of food waste on both individuals and the planet.
With eager enthusiasm, the children took center stage, and shared their unique perspective on the theme. They recited “Zero Hunger Song” brimming with innocence and empathy, expressing their understanding of the value of every morsel of food.
Through their dance, they conveyed a powerful message about the importance of mindful consumption and the joy of sharing with those in need.
As the assembly drew to a close, the children led the audience in a heartfelt affirmation—a promise to cherish and respect food, to have healthy meals, and to share generously with others. Their innocent voices echoed through the hall, leaving a lasting impression on all who were present.
“If you can’t feed a hundred people, then just feed one”.
