Our journey started 10 years ago when our founder Namratha Pradeep opened our first abacus center in London area in UK. Opening of this center enabled us to not only impart valuable mathematical skills to the kids, it also exposed us to various other proven learning methods adopted in UK. Upon her return to India, Namratha immersed herself to better understand the Indian education system and how it could be married with UK education system. In her quest to bring the best of western education system on the absorbent Indian mind she partnered with her long time college friend Sarita Rajesh upon her return to India. Sarita went to US to pursue her MBA degree and had spent over 10 years in US. She was active as a volunteer in her kid’s school in US and had a good understanding of the US early education system. Our years of experience and learnings enabled us to start Incy Wincy on the following philosophy

1) Open space: After visiting several franchisees based schools, our founders realized that most of today’s preschools lacked open space. Open space, where the kids can interact with nature, is an integral part of growing years. To provide this valuable experience, we have built our new facility with over 50% of open space.
2) Year-round admission: Study shows that a kid is ready for preschool by the time he/she turns 1.8 years. We are ready when your kid is ready and are not dictated by the academic year.
3) Quality: Our motto is ‘Quality cannot be compromised’ and hence we partnered with Kreedo Early Childhood Solutions – the best in the industry whose curriculum is child centric and is designed by alumni from IIT and IIM backed by over 15 years of experience in the preschool industry

What puts a smile on our face? A smiling child. This was one of our favourite projects for this year. We threw a challenge to parents to design a fashionable outfit for their child made entirely out of NEWSPAPERS and boy were we blown away. The video here is a proof. Counting, memorizing numbers in the correct order. Children learn some ideas and rules about numbers too. Proper order is essential; numbers are different from letters; and you are not supposed to skip or repeat numbers when you count. counting activities makes children math fun and more interesting. They are great for building early math skills, perfect for fine motor practice
