Why do we remember stories from 10 years ago — but forget presentations from last week?

It's not memory. It's biology.

And yet, somewhere in corporate life, we decided to strip all of that out.

We replaced story with data.
Emotion with analysis.
Humans with headings.

And then we wonder why no one's engaged.

Here's the real cost of not telling stories at work:

MND awareness alert!

In March, IREP India joined the globe to bring awareness amongst its employees on fighting Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

What is MND?
Motor Neuron Diseases (MNDs), also known as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), is a group of progressive neurological disorders that destroy motor neurons, the cells that control skeletal muscle activity such as walking, breathing, speaking and swallowing

This is an Aerospace company and I was privileged to conduct 2 days workshop on Critical Thinking.
