BAKE WITH A Hi everyone! :) I conduct short term baking classes for beginners as well as more advanced bakers.

All sessions are a combination of demo as well as hands on experience (only where necessary). My main aim is to make sure that you all go back with a clear understanding of the recipes and the techniques used so you all can replicate them at home with ease. With experience, I have learned that this is the best way to teach people and I am happy to say that many of my students now run their own baking businesses! :)
