Eligibility:
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physical Education, or a degree in Sports Management
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills
✅ Responsible for the delivery of the EduSports in-school program by leading the team.
✅ Support and monitor the program on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Experience: 3+ Years

CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

India is facing a significant student mental health challenge, with recent studies suggesting that approximately 25.9% of adolescents show symptoms of depression. Counsellors are vital, but they cannot be everywhere at once.

So, where should school leaders look next? 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱. 🏀⚽

Children often reveal aspects of their emotional and social well-being during play in ways that may not be as visible in traditional classroom settings. A child who is withdrawing, experiencing emotional outbursts, or struggling with peer conflict may display these behaviours on the field, creating opportunities for early observation and support.

This makes P.E. trainers an unlikely but valuable ally in the Ministry of Education's proposed School Mental Health and Well-Being Policy.

In 2026, the Ministry of Education intensified its work on a National School Mental Health and Well-Being Policy. By June, the policy is progressing through advanced stages of review, with Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan chairing meetings with officials and domain experts.
