A Solution to Unemployment?

Unemployment has became a big issue not just in INDIA but also in other countries. The supply is much higher than the demand. In countries like INDIA where Labour participation rate is only 50% still it faces an unemployment issue with its Unemployment rate around 5%. If we take a look at the the critics we find that unemployment explosion is to hit INDIA by 2020 which will account for 211 million people unemployed. Moreover, Automation has begun. 70% IT sector jobs are on the verge of their end. Transportation, Bank and Education sector is also to loose employment by 2030 due to Automation. It’s clear Tertiary Sector Jobs are going to shut down.

We are left with one sector now.The secondary sector i.e. the Manufacturing sector. Even government programs like ‘Make In India’ are also working to make INDIA a Manufacturing Hub. It’s been said ‘Make In India’ was started to create 100 million employment opportunities.

Here at C2E we hope that it's true & we want to act as a pillar to this program. We train engineers w.r.t different manufacturing Industries by using ‘Reverse Engineering Education technique’.
