Failure to Strategic Win , Our Marketing Club explored how a market failure can transform a setback into success by repositioning strategy and a renovating branding strategy. Students discovered various strategies and repositioning of the products and understanding the current market requirements and consumer behaviour by analysing the real world market failure cases such as Tata Nano, Nokia , Kingfisher Airlines, Byjus, Kodak Camera , Blackberry and Tata docomo. These exploration helped our students to understand the Consumer behaviour and brand perception. They turned market failures into success stories by decoding what really went wrong and how strategy can fix it.
