मैं अभी जयपुर में एक विवाह समारोह में हूँ।मेरे साथ जो वेटर खड़े हैं वे सामान्य व्यक्ति नहीं है।ये हैं विजेन्द्र बैरवा, जो मूलतः टौंक जिले के हैं तथा जिन्होंने हाल ही में रीट परीक्षा में 122 अंक प्राप्त किये हैं तथा संभवतः अगले सीज़न से पहले सरकारी अध्यापक बन जायेंगे।
विजेन्द्र ने जब अपना परिचय उत्कर्ष एप के ऑनलाइन विद्यार्थी के रूप में करवाया तो महसूस हुआ कि ‘अब कामयाबी पर होगा सबका हक’ केवल हमारी टेग लाईन ही नहीं बल्कि वास्तविकता है।विजेन्द्र की ख़ुद्दारी को देखकर मुझे अपने जवानी कि दिन याद आ गये जब मैंने आत्मनिर्भर बनने के लिए दवाई की दुकान पर काम करना, रेडियो मैकेनिक का कार्य करना,टाईपिस्ट के रूप में कार्य करने से लेकर घरों में ट्यूशन पढ़ाने व प्राईवेट स्कूल में पढ़ाने का भी कार्य किया।जो हर वक्त गरीबी का ही रोना रोते रहते हैं उनके लिए भाई विजेन्द्र ख़ुद्दारी का सबसे बड़ा उदाहरण है।
