The festival of Onam was celebrated by the children of Upper Crest Montessori, who brought flowers in innumerable colours for the pookalam's decoration.

Poo' is a flower, and 'Kolam' is a decorative design. Pookalams are designed at home and in public places to honour King Mahabali.

Children came dressed in their finest and most vibrant traditional attire, and enjoyed the celebrations.

Upper Crest has been a game changer for my son...... He was always a very shy and introvert child, clinging on to me every second, after joining this school he has become confident, independent and is learning to socialise with other children so well... Thanks to Pooja who is the directress and his teacher, she takes care of him like a mother... She handles and teaches every child basis their nature and comfort... She helps the child become comfortable and teaches in a way that they learn so much in a fun way... The school environment is very warm and makes a child very happy...
