Hello Campus Army! 🔥 This amazing journey is now coming to an end. To mark the end of CAP 3.0 we will be having an epic games night on 5th June, 7:30 PM onward! Let's make this day a memorable one.

Resolving conflicts is part of being a good team moderator, or supervisor. Conflicts arise due to differences in opinions, and so it is important to acknowledge different opinions and work on completing the task at hand.

When was the last term, you had the time to sit down and think about your life, what you want from it or what you want to achieve in the next few years?
As heavy as that sounds, it is important that you understand how you function, where your mind wanders and where you are headed. Take some time off from this endless hustle and give it a thought.

You all have probably heard a lot about “Making the right choice” or making spontaneous and quick decisions.
But in reality, there’s nothing like doing the “Right” thing all the time.
That also doesn’t mean there’s no right or wrong. It simply means that we need to redefine what right and wrong mean to us. What “Our” boundaries are, what are ‘Our’ priorities. Everyone has different priorities, and doing things ‘Just Because’ is not the right thing to do.

“A mind is like a parachute, it doesn't work if it isn't open”. Creative Thinking is a metaphor that means to think differently, unconventionally or from a new perspective. It could even be an innovative idea to fix your business problems. One of the key elements of creative writing is TOTB - Thinking out of the Box and those who do not think out of the box are easily contained. The gap between reality and expectation is called a Problem and creative thinking helps us overcome this obstacle. Creative thinking helps one explore the unexplored.
