Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute engaging lesson plans for preschoolers
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters learning and development
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student safety
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure holistic development
- Participate in school events and activities

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in preschool teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with children aged 1.5-6 years
- Passion for teaching and child development
