Korean Syllable cluster patterns and how to identify them in a korean word. Medial consonants are.always seen invetween vowels. Where as initial and final consonants are free. This influence of vowels can slightly alter the sound value of certain consonants and become more voiced at medial positions and less voiced at Initial and final positions. Thats why some of the korean consonants are dual sound values.
