Made this delicious apple strudel this week. Family enjoyed it a lot fresh out of the oven on a cloudy evening with a glass of milk. Many thanks to my dear cousin sis in France who taught me this recipe. Though it looked complicated at first, it was surprisingly doable. Will make it again often 😍

Buttermilk scones, light, crisp, buttery layered scones perfect evening snack or an indulgent breakfast. Best enjoyed freshly out of oven with jam or honey. Tastes good cold too :-)
We usually make it the next day after making butter at home. Its one of my daughters favourite breakfasts.

We make these yummy Christmas Plum Cakes only once a year during Christmas time. Family and friends love this non-alcoholic version with plenty of soaked dry fruits. During winter we need to add dry fruits and nuts in our diet and this is one of the perfect ways to achieve that 🤩
