Students of the CAIIHM Bengaluru campus were given task-oriented food production and service operation
They created theme-based innovative restaurant menu and cooked it to perfection
Our students loved taking part – they were so enthused by the event!
They were given a budget by the college as part of sharpening their managerial skills
Students prepared a whole variety of dishes like Italian Salad, Pasta, Mousse, Cutlets, Puri with Khorma, Peas Pulav, Chicken Gojju, Shavige Payasa, and more!
The place was filled with aromas and the dishes tasted delicious
