Undergraduate students of Journalism, History, Commerce and Post graduate students of Journalism and Mass Communication participated in a discussion Janadani by TV5 Kannada and expressed their views about their voting preferences in Loksabha elections 2019. The Department of Journalism in association with News 18 Kannada organized two discussions on the topics Employment Opportunities and Terrorism in India as part of their 'Youth Voice' initiative. The students from both undergraduate and postgraduate department of Journalism and Mass Communication participated in the first discussion and in the second discussion students from the commerce and science departments participated. The crew of the News 18 Kannada appreciated the way students presented their views on the topics. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team of News 18 Kannada for choosing our college as the first college under 'Youth Voice' initiative. We wish all success to the initiative.
