TWO DAYs INDUSTRIAL VISIT AND OUT BOUND ACTIVITY
Place of visit: Isha Foundation Coimbatore & Tea & Choclate Factory OOTY TN
Date: 09th Dec 2024 to 11 Dec 2024.
A batch of 4th semester students of Department of MBA Bangalore Campus along with faculty
Mr. Pratik Patil, Mrs. Geeta Khade visited Isha Foundation & Tea & Chocalte Factory in Ooty TN.
This visit was mainly focused to give practical exposure to students on how an industries function
Students were split into two groups. Company authorities gave detailed information on overall functioning of the organization, about the facilities available inside the center, they also explained about the maintenance of the equipment and ethics considered.
Also along with the 2 industrial visit we also managed to make some outing for students.

OUTCOME OF THE VISIT:
* The technology and the equipment used for production
* The various processes involved in collection, separation and storage of raw materials
* Brief introduction about the company.

On 01-12-24. We had conducted campus placement drive at our Bangalore campus. The company representing was Akruth Foundation and Mr. Somesh Hiremath & Mr. Sachin founder's of Akruth Foundation were there to conduct the job drive.
All students actively participated in the job drive and gave a very positive feedback about the vision and mission of the company.
Would like to thank entire Bangalore campus team Dr. Manjunath Sir, Prof. Kishor, Mr. Abhishek & Mr. Stellin for being supportive during the job drive and making it successful.
The company officials will update on the selection list in couple of days and as of now there are 16 shortlisted candidates out of 21 present.
