Fish Oil Benefits🐟
-Fish oil is a dietary source of omega-3 fatty acids. Your body needs these fatty acids for many important functions.
The 3 main omega-3 fatty acids are:
• Alpha-linolenic (ALA)
• Eicosapentaenoic (EPA)
• Docosahexaenoic (DHA)
Fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, sardines,.. are rich in these omega-3s (EPA & DHA)
Nuts & seeds also contain omega 3 acids (ALA).
If you don't eat any of these foods, it might be smart to supplement with fish oil.
