On Saturday, 4th January, Podar Prep Bengaluru, organized an exciting **Zumba Workshop** exclusively for parents. This energetic session was designed to promote health, fitness, and well-being while providing an opportunity for parents to unwind, connect, and have a great time together!

The workshop kicked off with high-energy music and easy-to-follow Zumba routines led by a professional instructor. Parents enthusiastically joined in, shaking off stress and embracing the joy of movement. The room was filled with laughter, vibrant energy, and smiles as participants discovered how fitness could be both effective and entertaining.

Through this engaging activity, the school emphasized the importance of leading an active lifestyle while also fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
