June – A Joyful Beginning!

Every great journey begins with a small step, and June was the perfect start to an exciting year of learning, discovery and growth in our Montessori and Kindergarten classrooms.

From making new friends and exploring classroom routines to engaging in stories, songs, art, sensory play and hands-on Montessori activities, our little learners embraced each day with curiosity and enthusiasm.

The month was made even more memorable as we celebrated:

World Environment Day – Learning to care for our planet.
International Yoga Day – Building mindfulness, balance and healthy habits.
World Music Day – Expressing creativity through rhythm and music.

Every smile, every achievement, and every new experience reflected the joy of learning and the confidence our children are building each day. We are proud of the wonderful beginning they've made and look forward to many more milestones in the months ahead.

First Week of Montessori 2026–27: A Journey of New Beginnings

The first week at Glow Montessori Centre was a beautiful blend of excitement, discovery, and meaningful connections as we welcomed our Montessori Freshers, Juniors, and Seniors for the academic year 2026–27.

The Orientation Programme provided parents with valuable insights into the Montessori curriculum, school guidelines, and the important role they play in supporting their child’s learning journey. Parents were introduced to the thoughtfully prepared Montessori environments and gained a deeper understanding of the hands-on, child-centered approach that forms the foundation of Montessori education.

For our Freshers, the first day of school was filled with wonder and new experiences. Accompanied by their parents, the children eagerly explored the Montessori materials, participated in joyful circle-time activities, and enjoyed rhymes and songs that helped them feel comfortable and welcomed. Handmade welcome cards added a special touch, making every child feel valued and cherished from the very first day.

Parents of the Junior and Senior groups were also guided through the academic expectations and learning experiences planned for the year ahead. To celebrate this new chapter, the children received welcome cards as a symbol of encouragement and excitement for the journey ahead.

The week was filled with warmth, enthusiasm, and positive interactions as children gradually adapted to their new surroundings with confidence. It was truly heartening to witness the beginning of many new friendships, joyful discoveries, and lifelong learning experiences.

Montessori Annual Day -2026

Glow Fest 2026, our Annual Day celebration, unfolded as a vibrant expression of “Bharat Manthan” a thoughtful churning of ideas, culture, and time.

Through this unique theme, our Montessori children brought to life a charming glimpse of an era when television brought families together, creating moments of connection and joy.

Months of dedicated practice blossomed on stage, as each child performed with confidence and delight. From the engaging cookery show and lively Animal Planet to the vibrant news segment, dance, prayer, and the serene yoga channel every act reflected creativity and meaning.

A powerful mime gently highlighted how life has transformed with the arrival of mobile phones, leaving behind a message that resonated with all.

Parents watched with pride, and grandparents left inspired eager to learn more from the little stars who had so much to share.

Glow Fest 2026, through the spirit of Bharat Manthan, became a beautiful celebration of talent, togetherness, and timeless values.

Kindergarten Sports Day -2026

A beautiful world of nature’s seasons came alive through the joyful spirit of our Lakshya 2026 Kindergartners. Our Sports Day, “Ritu Mahotsav,” was a heartwarming celebration of nature’s rhythm and change.

With weeks of happy practice, our little stars brought to life the warmth of summer, the freshness of the monsoon, and the gentle bloom of spring. Through their graceful “Parikrama of Seasons,” they took us on a magical journey through nature’s cycle.

From adorable yoga poses to lively drills and cheerful games, every moment was filled with excitement, creativity, and togetherness. It wasn’t about winning it was about trying, enjoying, and celebrating every child.

January: A Fresh & Happy Beginning at Glow Montessori Centre, Electronic City - KINDERGARTEN ENVIRONMENT

After a joyful Christmas break, our little explorers returned to Glow Montessori Centre with bright smiles, exciting holiday stories, and a renewed love for learning. Through guided reading, picture discussions, and fun addition stories, classrooms came alive with curiosity and creativity.

Children discovered the magic of light and shadows, explored the wonders of the solar system through engaging orbit walks, and celebrated festivals like Sankranti, Republic Day, and Martyrs’ Day - nurturing cultural awareness, confidence, and meaningful values.

Republic Day Celebration 2026 at Glow Montessori Centre

GMC Hosur Road resonated with patriotism as our little ones celebrated Republic Day 2026 with immense joy and enthusiasm. Dressed in the vibrant colours of the nation, the children proudly marched with the tricolour, spreading the spirit of unity, freedom, and pride.

Through simple, child-friendly activities, our teachers introduced the meaning of the Republic and the Constitution of India, helping children understand important values like responsibility, fairness, and respect.

“We raise responsible citizens for tomorrow’s India.”

The celebration concluded on a proud and emotional note with the National Anthem, reminding us that the future of India lies in the hands of our young learners.

We are happy to announce that S Kethika of KG 3A - Glow Montessori Centre has secured Gold medal in 200 meters and Silver medal in 400 meters in the 4th Karnataka Speed Skating Championship 2025.

The event was conducted at Shivamogga Sports Complex on the 6th and 7th December 2025.
