1️⃣ Exhibition Flair
This is the high-energy, crowd-pleasing side of flair. Exhibition flair is all about big, flashy tricks, speed, and entertainment. Think competitions, stage performances, and jaw-dropping bottle flips that leave the audience cheering. It’s not designed for busy service — it’s designed to steal the spotlight.

2️⃣ Working Flair
Working flair is where style meets practicality. These moves are smooth, controlled, and done while actually making drinks during service. The goal is to entertain guests without slowing down the bar. It’s subtle, stylish, and shows confidence — perfect for real bar environments.

3️⃣ Craft Flair
Craft flair focuses on finesse and detail. It blends small flair movements with cocktail craftsmanship — clean pours, precise techniques, and elegant gestures that enhance the guest experience. No big throws, just refined movements that elevate the drink and the bartender.
