ಜ್ಞಾನ, ಸೃಜನಶೀಲತೆ, ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳ ಸುಂದರ ಅನಾವರಣವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಉತ್ಸವ 2026 ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು.

What if you stopped trying to study for hours… and simply focused for 10 minutes? ⏱️📚

A restless mind doesn’t become focused because we tell it to “concentrate!”

It gets better with practice.

The Bhagavad Gita captures this beautifully in “अभ्यासेन तु कौन्तेय वैराग्येण च गृह्यते” — highlighting practice and detachment as ways to steady the mind.

Try putting that idea into your next study session:

1. Remove the noise 📵
Keep your phone somewhere you can’t reach for it.

2. Reduce the choice 📖
Don’t study five things at once. Pick one.

3. Begin with 10 minutes ⏱️
Ten genuinely focused minutes are better than an hour of distracted studying.

4. Repeat tomorrow 🔁

Focus gets stronger when you practise it consistently.

Save it. Try it. Repeat it. That’s how focus gets stronger.
