RV PU College turned up the creativity at its Cooking Without Fire event on 23rd September 2025.
Students whipped up delicious dishes without using heat or open flames—proving that innovation and teamwork can create magic in the kitchen!
The event was judged by an inspiring panel featuring Santosh Prabhu and Priyanka Prabhu (Founder & Co-Founder, Café Mingos), Nikita Jaggi (Founder, Poppy Pundits) and Nirma Kedia.
A day filled with flavour, fun and fiery imagination!

A proud milestone was marked on 29th September, 2025 with the inauguration of the newly constructed laboratories and the renovated Shashwathi Auditorium. The ceremony was graced by Dr. Sonar Maruti H., Academic Head – Base Educational Services; Dr. M.P. Shyam, President – RVEI; and Mr. Syed Shahameer, Registrar. These new spaces stand as symbols of innovation, inspiration and our unwavering commitment to academic excellence.

On 19th September 2025, the students of RV PU College turned Mangala Mantapa into a stage of magic as the Department of Language, in collaboration with Kanasu Group Mysore, presented a vibrant Kannada play. With powerful performances, expressive dialogues and storytelling that hooked everyone, the play celebrated Karnataka’s rich culture, social values and traditions—leaving the audience utterly mesmerised!

RV PU College turned into a mini-India on 19th September 2025, as students walked in with vibrant traditional attire. From elegant sarees to festive kurtas, every outfit told a story of our nation’s rich diversity.
And of course, what’s Ethnic Day without some healthy style rivalry? The much-awaited “Best Dressed Winners” were crowned, flaunting not just fashion, but cultural pride that made the event truly unforgettable.

SciversE 4.0 – Annual Science Exhibition was a showcase of creativity and innovation through posters to model making.
The event was graced by the presence of Shri J. Balasubramanyam (Principal, KHPS BASE PU College), Prof. L. S. Nandeesh (Emeritus Professor, Chemistry), Dr. Basavaraj Nagaraju (CEO, RV-Skills) and Dr. Ananda Vardhan Hebbani (Professor & Head - Dept. of Life Sciences, Indian Academy Degree College).
The highlight of the event was the launch of a new telescope, housed in the Physics Lab, offering students hands-on opportunities to explore the wonders of astronomy.

Kreedotsava 2025 – Annual Sports Meet was a lively celebration of team games and spirited performances. The event was inaugurated by Prof. Gaurav Kashyap, Principal of BASE PU College, Rajajinagar and presided over by Sri Syed Shahameer, Registrar of RVEI.
We were honoured by the presence of Ms. Aishwarya H (National Basketball medallist; State Gold medallist in Athletics & Handball) and Mr. Vishal Kiran Gowda (International Inline Hockey, Asian Championship).
A special attraction was the food and gaming stalls by I PU students, which helped raise funds for noble causes.

At RV PU College, the Department of Electronics, in collaboration with Astra Robotics and the Club of RVCE organised Tech-Impact 2.0 on 6th May, 2025. The programme was graced by
the presence of our Chief Guest, Prof. Usharani (RVCE ECE faculty). The event
was observed by students showcasing their brilliant and innovative ideas.

MKPM RVILS and RVPU Jayanagar successfully hosted Cyclothon 2025 – Rally for Clean Air on 15th August, 2025. The event commenced at 6:45 AM with enthusiastic participation, spreading the message of fitness and environmental responsibility.
The Chief Guest, Sri G Nagaraj, fondly known as Bengaluru’s Plogman and Founder of The Indian Ploggers Army, motivated the participants towards sustainable living.
Sri N P Karthik, Trustee, RSST, graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour. The Independence Day celebrations also featured a flag-hoisting ceremony at 8:30 a.m.
The programme was led by Prof. Dr. Anjina Reddy K R, Principal, MKPM RVILS and Mr. Thejesh S, Principal, RVPU College.
The cyclothon brought students, faculty and the community together while celebrating Independence Day, leaving participants inspired to adopt greener lifestyles.

RV Geeks 3.0 lit up the campus on 8th May, 2025!
Organised by the Department of Computer Science, in collaboration with the Coding Club of RVCE, the event brought together some of the brightest young coders.
Across three dynamic rounds — Brain Blitz, Bug Busters and CODEpendency — students put their skills to the test, from cracking logic puzzles to battling bugs and building collaborative solutions.
The energy, innovation and passion on display made this edition of RV Geeks an unforgettable celebration of coding brilliance.

Jayanagar commemorated Abhinandane - Academic Excellence Awards 2025 on 5th July, 2025. The event was graced by Dr. Anuradha Chatterjee (Pro-Vice Chancellor, Professor and Dean, School of Design and Innovation, RVU), Dr. Nagashetappa Biradar (Principal, RVITM), Dr. Sonar Maruti (Academic Head, BASE Educational Services), Prof. RP Umashankar (Program Head, Pre-Uni Plus BASE Principal, BASE PU College Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru), Prof. Ashwani Kumar (Program Head, IIT JEE Achiever Program BASE Educational Services) and Sri. M.R. Gurudatt (Chairman, Governing Council, RV PU College Trustee, RSST). Congratulations to all the achievers for their outstanding performance!
