Homemade Chicken Stew Recipe | | चिकिन स्टू रेसिपी । घर पर बनाएं चिकिन स्टू

Ingredients

Chicken 1kg
Refined Oil 50-100gm
Onion 4-5 Big
Tomatoes 2 Big
Curd 150gm
Dried Red Chilli 8-10 Piece
Black Pepper 12-15 Piece
Black Cardamon 2-3 Piece
Cloves 8-10 Pieces
Red Chilli Powder half teaspoon
Coriander Powder 1-2 teaspoon
Green Chilli 3-4 Piece
Ginger Small Piece
Salt as per taste

Recipe (How to Make)
"- Take a kadhai/cooker
- Add oil
- Add sliced Onions
- Fry until half has done
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until tomatoes become soft
- After that add red chili, black pepper, cloves, cardamom and cook for 1 minute
- Then add chicken and stir well
- After that add red chili powder, coriander powder, curd, green chili, and ginger and add salt
- Mix well
- Put a lid and wait for 15 minutes with medium flame
- Check-in between for tenderness of the chicken
- Stir and mix everything till the time the oil appear
- Then your dish is ready
- Serve the cooked chicken stew in a bowl with 2 slits green chili, ginger, and coriander leaves
- You can have it with Rumali roti, Tandoori roti, and Homemade chapati"
