At Hi-Kalpaa Preschool, we believe that empowering teachers is the first step towards creating meaningful learning experiences for children.
Through the KEEP (Kalpaa Educator Empowerment Programme), our educators engaged in intensive training focused on child-centric practices, experiential learning, and Finnish-inspired pedagogy. Little Hands, Big Impact!
At Hi-Kalpaa, we believe that caring for the Earth begins in early childhood. From planting tiny seeds to watering growing plants, our little learners are discovering that even the smallest actions can make a big difference.
Through hands-on experiences in nature, children learn responsibility, empathy, patience, and respect for the environment around them.

Honoured to be recognised at EYES (Early Years Educators Summit 2026) – *Innovation in Early Years*, held at Taj Yeshwantpur on 17th May 2026.
