We had a meeting with the Chancellor of Satya Sai University, Sri B Narasimha Murthy ji and in-charge of 18 Satya Sai Schools. We discussed implementing yoga across there institutions. Prof Subrahmanyam K and Secretary Ravi Tumuluri , KASCC IYA are seen in the picture

IYA Karnataka team met the NSS State Coordinator Sri Prathap Lingaiah ji on the 19th July at his office. Secretary, KASCC, Ravi Tumuluri, Vivek Sharma ji, Convener, Memberships and Smt Malathi Vivek, Convener, Publication, were also present. Sri Prathap agreed to send a letter to all Colleges and Universities though the NSS Cell.
The IYA team also met the Sri SR Umashankar, Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Higher Education, GoK. We handed over the letter from ACS DYES. He assured IYA that we will look into how he can propose to use IYA services

Namaste, Today July 16, 2023 - We had "Art of Meditation" session by Yoga Guru Sri Prashanth sir, @ Yogavantha, Mallathahalli, Bengaluru-56. The session was for 2 hours followed by an Q&A. It had great response by all folks with full audience gathered, who were keen to understand how Meditation Techniques can help & influence Individuals to cope current lifestyle & changing world scenarios. I had the opportunity to cascade the IYA-Indian Yoga Association's Origin, Purpose, Aims & Objectives for the entire audience. All of the Yoga mitra's were enlightened about IYA and its core values of Uniting all yoga paramparas for promotion & advancement of Yoga, research and providing enhanced Yoga education thru Certification by Ministry of Ayush done thru IYA-PrCB (Personnel Certification Body). It was followed by a sumptuous breakfast! ----Mohan Ranganathan/Bengaluru. Attached are the pictures.
