India just launched its first government-backed drone forensic laboratory!

The Tarkash Drone Forensic Lab at UPSIFS in Lucknow represents a major breakthrough in national security and forensic science. This cutting-edge facility can:
1. Conduct real-time drone tracking and analysis
2. Reverse-engineer captured drones to understand threats
3. Train law enforcement in counter-drone operations
4. Support border security and criminal investigations

What makes this even more remarkable? It's led by Milind Raj, the "Drone Man of India" - a title given by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam himself in 2014.

With drone-related security challenges escalating globally, this lab positions India at the forefront of drone forensics technology. The facility will be crucial for analysing the 283 drones seized along Punjab's borders just last year.

A death in custody is a death of a person in the custody of the police. Custodial violence is a dark reality in our democratic country governed by the rule of law. They systematically violate their powers and employ torture as part of their investigation process but the poor, the deprived classes, women & political activists are the worst victims of police brutality.

The huge pendency of cases in Indian courts of law and mention the prevalence of 3rd degree as an accepted form of custodial torture in India. This is sad but that true reality of our country. The police officer during interrogation fewer oral questions than more stick techniques used it.

Social Factors Leading to Juvenile Delinquency in Indian Context

Juvenile Delinquency is the demonstration of taking an interest in unlawful conduct as minor, it is a crime committed by kids under the period of 18 years and cannot abide by the law known as Juvenile Delinquency.

It is a combination of two words, Juvenile and Delinquent.

The word delinquency has extracted from the Latin word “Delinquere” which intends to leave or to surrender. Age group: Boy child 7 years to 16 years and Girl child 7 years to 18 years. It cannot charge any child lesser than 7 years with a crime, no matter how strong the case. Under section 82 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 (IPC), a child under the age of 7 cannot say to have committed an offence (Devgan, 2018).
