Last week was a very special moment for me as I received my 𝗣𝗚𝗣 (𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀) at the National Institute of Securities Markets Convocation.

It was truly an honour to receive it in the presence of such distinguished dignitaries:

🎓 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶 𝗦𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗞𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗻𝗮𝗻 – Director, NISM
📚 𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗶𝗱 – Dean, NISM
📜 𝗦𝗺𝘁. 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗵𝗮𝘃 – Registrar, NISM

The event was filled with smiles, inspiration, and many valuable lessons.

A few moments and thoughts from the day that stayed with me:

🔹 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗶𝗸𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗵 shared a powerful leadership thought — lead through 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.. Respect everyone and always stay prepared for what is coming next.

🔹 𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗶𝗱 spoke about how teachers must keep evolving so that 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 — 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 — 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 in this ever-changing world.

🔹 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶 𝗦𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗞𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗻𝗮𝗻 shared the inspiring growth journey of National Institute of Securities Markets and its important role in the securities market ecosystem.

🔹 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗹 𝗞𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗺 highlighted the growing 𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, showing the need for more responsible professionals in the market.

🔹 The Vote of Thanks by 𝗦𝗺𝘁. 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗵𝗮𝘃 beautifully concluded the ceremony and brought the event to a wonderful close.
