The Advanced Humming Breath You Haven’t Tried Yet... 🐝✨
Most people practice Bhramari as a simple hum, but adding Shanmukhi Mudra and Antar Kumbhakar changes the game. 🪷
By closing the 7 gates of perception (eyes, ears, nose, mouth) and holding the breath, you turn your skull into a resonance chamber. This isn't just breathing; it’s a direct vibration for your pineal gland. ⚡
The Advanced Flow:
1️⃣ Khechari Mudra: Roll the tongue back to the soft palate to trap the sound inside.
2️⃣ Shanmukhi Mudra: Close the ears, eyes, and nose to turn your awareness 100% inward.
3️⃣ Antar Kumbhaka: Inhale and hold... let the energy settle at your Third Eye.
4️⃣ The Hum: Exhale slowly, feeling the vibration dissolve every thought.
🔄 Repeat for 8 rounds. The stillness that follows is the goal. 🧘🏻♀️🌿
