This Women's Day, let's champion the cause of women's well-being and mental health ๐ŸŒผ. Our strength lies in our unity, and together, we can create a nurturing environment that acknowledges and supports the mental health needs of every woman. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’œ

๐ŸŒŸ Did You Know? As of October 2021, women led in the prevalence of mental health disorders in India, holding a staggering 39% in stress and 30% in anxiety disorders. Meanwhile, depression affected 31% of women, closely trailing the 33% of men during the same period. It's a call to action for us to support and empower women, addressing these disparities head on.

Let's pledge to be the pillars of strength and support for the women in our lives, today and every day. ๐ŸŒน
