Dear Students of Jois Kalakendra,

On this World Music Day, remember that every practise you do is a promise to your art. Ragas take patience, taalas take discipline, and a true artist takes both.
Keep your curiosity alive, respect the sadhana, and let your music speak what words cannot.
I am proud of each one of you. The best concerts of your life are still ahead.

Happy Music Day — keep practicing, keep shining!

With love and blessings,
Deepashree Jois
