We all know that slow and steady wins the race but still we struggle to stay consistent everyday!
If you can relate to it well, below are the 6 key steps to your rescue!
1) SET UP YOUR GOALS 🎯
Know what you want to get done and why you want it. Think what happens if you don’t achieve it, Can you afford to lose it?
2) SCHEDULE YOUR ACTION 📆
Tony Robbins once said, “If it’s not scheduled, it’s not real.” Unless you’ve given your consistency a day, time, and a behaviour, it can never be a priority.
3) MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS 📈***** IMPORTANT *****
No matter how big or complex your goal is, measuring drive results and outcomes because instead of feeling overwhelmed, you’ll feel confident that you’re at least heading in the right direction and not in any direction.
4) GET AN ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER👥
Partner with someone such as your well wisher, mentor, coach, friend, family and so on who will keep you accountable to what you say you're going to do. When things get tough, and they will get tough, you'll have someone there who will keep you moving forward.
5) WORK ON YOUR GOAL EVERY SINGLE DAY! 🧗♀️***** HALF THE BATTLE *****
All this while you were only planning and designing your strategy, which is just half the battle. HERE IS WHERE MOST PEOPLE QUIT! Let your action speak for itself. Change the way you think and act so that you will ensure you are on the right path at all the times.
6) CELEBRATE SMALL WINS🥳
Celebrate your daily achievements. Dance it out or sing loudly when you achieve your daily goals. Life is really about celebrating the journey because we spend most of our lives on the journey.

🧠 MIND
Stress is everywhere and with life becoming more demanding, it’s vital we pay attention to our mental state. Focusing on nourishing the mind and our mental health can improve our focus, relationships, outlook and more.
Some of the things you can do to improve your MIND:
*Be aware of your emotions and take charge of it
*Take out time to ‘personal care’
*Spread positivity around you
*Be open to self-improvement

We all know what we should be doing to look after our bodies – eat right and be fit. However, it’s much easier said than done. As a start, here are some suggestions for looking after your physical health and nurturing the gut ‘brain’.

Achieving your maximum potential is possible if you learn to keep three important aspects of your life in balance: mind, body, & soul.
If any one of these is not in balance the other two cannot function correctly.
🧠 MIND: Some of the latest research on how to maintain or improve cognitive skills (e.g. memory, attention, executive function) suggests that specially designed physical movements are more effective than more cerebral activities directed at memory or attention.
💪🏻BODY: Physical exercise, for example, is well known to help elevate one’s mood, decrease anxiety, as well as accelerate creation of new brain cells. Healthy nutrition is also key to maintaining emotional health as well as physical health.
💖SOUL: Having a healthy spiritual life doesn’t always have to be related to religion, though many people find great benefit from being part of a community of people committed to improving their spiritual life, learning, and looking out for each other. Among these is the practice of loving kindness, unconditional love, and the practice of forgiveness.
Ancient medicinal practices among other multi-millennial-old health care systems use methods that integrate mind, body and spirit for example Yoga, Tai chi, Chi gong etc.
When these three things are in balance, your brain will be healthier and in turn you will unlock your true potential

It’s vital to take care of each ‘brain’ to ensure optimal wellbeing. It is a delicate balance.
Most of us just concentrate on one brain and sacrifice or neglect other ones which usually leads to unhappiness and stress in life.
If our physical health is sound but our mental or spiritual wellbeing is not, our physical health will eventually be impacted by the effects of reduced motivation, low morale, decreased satisfaction and lack of purpose. Likewise, poor physical health affects our personal satisfaction, contentment and mental state.
This is why it is vital to understand the importance of mind, body and soul and identify ways to improve, maintain and balance them to lead a happy and fulfilment life!

Do you have a habit of starting things, but not finishing them?
Every new year, we all make new year resolutions but in 2020 many of us made lockdown resolutions as well to start a new ritual or to follow a new routine. We all started with some good intentions but sometimes life gets in the way.
Anyone can succeed when everything is going right but as humans we all face adversity in situations and transitions like career changes, relationships, health issues or just lack of motivation.
It is only those few who meet success even when things “GO WRONG” and that is only possible when you have a rigid resilience system in place that quickly puts you back on track.
Being accountable is one of the element of resilience system and this comeback challenge focuses on you being accountable to our community towards achieving your goal.
