‘Chumbi Seogi’ or Ready Stance is as much a mental excersice as it is physical movements. It is "Mind-Body Training" in that you are using physical movements and breathing to get your mind ready for the excersice.

When a child feels loved and accepted, they reciprocate with love and respect. If you want your child to be a good listener, then listen to them first. Children learn by observation! 👀

The children enjoyed shifting the focus onto their parents! 😎 Watching them grasp information when they aren't being actively taught is truly a pleasure to witness.

Kids say the darndest things, Rabindranath Tango, for one! 🤣 However, what we appreciate is the effort and retention of information. They will get the name right sooner or later 🤓
